Anglo American is available 24 hours a day, not only to faculty and students staying in the UK but also to the home campus in case of an emergency situation.
During working hours we can be contacted on the following numbers. Please note, that whilst our main switchboard line is diverted in the evenings, the direct lines do not get diverted and so any messages left on our direct line numbers will not be received until the morning. We would advise you, if you cannot reach someone on their direct line, to call the main switchboard

This is a Freephone number and can be dialled from any telephone although calling from a mobile (cell phone) will incur charges.
Please note, that at any one time we can have over 50 different University groups staying in our properties. Should you need to contact us, and wish us to call you back, you will need to leave as much information as possible with the person who picks up the phone including the following;
- Your name
- What the problem is
- Who you are trying to get in contact with
- Which university you/the person you need to contact is staying with
- Which building you/the person you need to contact is staying in
- Which flat you/the person you need to contact is staying in
If your call is not urgent the message will be passed to us the next morning.
Anglo American have full contingency plans that will be implemented in case of an emergency.
