All of the apartments are inspected on a regular basis. However, we do realise that some things might be missed, and that things will come up during your stay in the apartments.
Anglo American operates a 24-hour a day, 365 days a year emergency maintenance cover. In the event that you should face an emergency within your apartment, you should call us on 0800 183 9955 (24-hours) or 07768 034 166 (after office hours only) and we will have someone, normally within the hour, to attend to your problem.

Anglo American reserves the right to determine whether or not the situation in question is of the type to warrant a call out. Please report all minor-non-emergency incidences as soon as you can after 9.00am so we can then see to them during the day. Those reported after 5.00pm are unable to be dealt with until the following day. Please remember that certain things, such as new TVs for instance can take 3-5 days to be delivered; the same applies with large appliances e.g. washing machines with complicated repairs.
There are a number of ways to report a maintenance issues
In every building there is a board. On this board you will find a maintenance sheet. Everyone who goes in and out of the building checks this board. This is the quickest way to report a maintenance issue, as it will be dealt with there and then.
